Exchanges and returns

*In the event that the change comes motivated by an error in the management by TH PASSION GROUP SL when processing your order or shipment, the costs incurred in the return or exchange shall run our own, in any other case TH PASSION GROUP SL will not pay for any expenses.

Whether it is an exchange or refund, must be requested no later than 7 days after the receipt of purchase and the product / s must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You should also report your data, order number and the exchange or return that you want to apply. Our customer service department will contact you to inform you of the status of your application.
